Welcome to Stackr, a hyper-focused habit-tracking application designed to help you construct and manage micro-habit routines. Your privacy is paramount to us. This Privacy Policy outlines our stance on data collection, storage, and privacy.

By installing and using Stackr, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Information Collection and Use

Stackr is a 100% offline-first application.

Personal Data: We do not collect, request, or store any personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email address, phone number, or physical location.
Habit Data: All habit chains, anchor routines, completion history timestamps, and streak statistics that you create are processed exclusively on your physical device. We do not transmit your habit data to any external servers.

2. Local Storage Mechanism

The App utilizes a secure, binary local NoSQL database architecture via Hive to persist your habit routines and configurations on your device's internal storage cache.

This data never leaves your device.
Clearing the App’s storage or cache through your Android system settings, or uninstalling the App, will permanently remove your stored local habit logs.

3. Device Permissions

To protect your digital environment and clear the Google Play Console review pipeline efficiently, the App requires zero special device permissions.

It does not access your location, device contacts, camera, microphone, or external storage files.
No background network calls or remote telemetry data trackers run within the application architecture.

4. Third-Party Services

We do not integrate any third-party software development kits (SDKs) for cloud analytics, behavioral tracking, or serving commercial advertisements (such as Google AdMob, Firebase Analytics, or Mixpanel). Your in-app behavior remains completely anonymous and private.

5. Children's Privacy

Because Stackr does not collect, capture, or transmit any personal data from anyone, the App is fully compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) standards.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any amendments to this policy will be reflected by a revised "Effective Date" at the top of this document and will be immediately applicable within updated distributions of the App.
